Month 1:
Energy Activation and Reclaiming your power; working through limiting beliefs, common blocks, liberate your self from self-sabotaging fears and connect with your current energy and the energy of your higher self to build a solid foundation for planting seeds this winter.

Month 2:
Deep Remembering, Energy Alignment + Visualization; Once you have built a solid foundation and understand how to best support your current energy you can begin embody your most authentic self, trust your intuition and begin planting those seeds by creating a vision board for the year.

Month 3:
Boundary practices | protecting your energy and fully stepping into your power; Once seeds have been planted, embodiment practices are in place, rest has been prioritized, energy has been aligned, now it’s time to set clear boundaries, protect your energy, step into your power and trust that you do not have to fall back on old patterns and practice being an energetic match for your manifestations.

What to expect
We will spend 3 months together working through; limiting beliefs, energy healing, higher self embodiment, tapping into your intuition and creating rituals/habits that are aligned with where you are/ where you want to be, and plant seeds by creating vision boards for the year 2024. Over the span of 3 months, we will have 6 virtual coaching sessions and a group chat for community support.

Each participant will receive the Authentic Energy Activation workbook to use at their own pace for extra support and independent personal growth.
Group mentorship
(6) 75-minute bi-weekly group coaching calls; where I will provide intuitive guidance and support while identifying the best strategy for the group to implement what you have all learned into your daily life in a scared space such as; embodiment practices, winter rituals, visualization practices, and life style changes that support your mind body and soul through this journey.
When do we start, and when will we meet?
We start on Monday, January 15th and will meet Biweekly on Mondays at 8pm EST.

At the beginning of each month, you will receive an email with a three-card oracle spread for the group. This will offer clarity and guidance towards Unlocking your Authentic Code and we will start off our first call of the month with an open discussion about the energy + how it relates to your journey.
