SHRIMP TOSTADA
RECIPE
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. once warm, place tostadas in oven for 5-7 minutes.
make your guac; combine avocado, lime, chopped tomato, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
season shrimp to your liking, with salt, pepper + any other spices you’d like. Cook your seasoned shrimp for about 5 minutes on a heated pan.
the fun part
spread your guac on a tostada, place cooked shrimp, squeeze a little lemon juice, drizzle a little olive + sprinkle some red pepper flakes and Enjoy!

1 hass avocado
1 lime
1 lemon
1 tomato
2 tostadas ( i buy the brand Charras’ found in my local supermarket)
8-10 pieces of shrimp
olive oil
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
